You are bidding on a super Vernon Kilns plate!
This plate highlights the great state of Virginia, one of the 13 original colonies and rich with early American history.
Some of the scenes shown on the plate include the Natural Bridge, and 2 of our most important presidents—George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. The plate is made on the Ultra shape, and glazed in blue. It measures 10 3/8” in diameter. The backstamp describes the Natural Bridge, listed as one of the 7 Natural wonders of the world. The Vernon Kilns trademark is also included in the mark.
Condition is pristine, virtually no sign of use or wear, and no damage at all.
