Specially formulated to enhance the performance of concrete. For increased strength between new & existing concrete, mortar, or plaster. Just brush it on to increase bond 8 to 10 times, use as a bond coat or admix. Also used to greatly increase adhesion impact strength, abrasion resistance & resistance to freeze thaw damage.
