    Post-WW1/Pre-WW Russian Designed Helmet w/ Liner & Straps: Well Preserved!
    Hard time nailing down exact era as this helmet has Adrian style features of a WW1 helmet and a shape more aligned with a WW2  Russian make Helmet.  So my guess is it was in use between the two "wars to end all wars", a la 1930's vintage . . .
    Without finding an exact match, the last two stock photos are representative of a WW1 Adrian style and a  WW2 Russian helmet, respectively for illustration purposes only that compare the similarities and differences to the Helmet that is actually for sale.
    NOTE: As I am not an expert, I originally purchased this in the mid-1990's when living in Europe and
    was told this to be an Italian styled helmet but another poster advised that it had the makings of a Russian styled helmet --
    a la an ssh 40 -- a Russian design helmet used by Eastern Block countries till end of Cold War . . .
