    1941-44 German Occup covers with Arms ½d blk of 5 tied by FDI cds, 1d right marginal blk of 6 registered tied FDI cds, plus Pictorial set on reg cover tied oval 'Registered Jersey 27 AU 45' post Liberation. SG JW21-28(var) cat £50+ as FDC & loose Pictorials, plus premium for FDC blks. (3)

    = "Mint Never Hinged" with original gum without any gum disturbance

    = "Mint Lightly Hinged" with original gum that shows slight marks from previous hinging or a small unobtrusive hinge remnant

    = "Mint" with original gum, that has significant marks from 1 or more hinges, or the actual hinge remains present
    UN
    = "Unused" without gum

    = "Very Fine Used" with either a clear neat cancel or a neat corner cds, well centred for issue with nice perfs, and 4 margins on imperfs

    = "Fine Used" still an attractive stamp with a fairly neat average cancel for issue, may be somewhat off centred, perfs may be slightly irregular or imperfs may have less than 4 margins.

    The photos form part of our description and lots cannot be rejected for features visible in the photo such as in stamps: margins, centering, perfs, cancels etc, and as in coins: scratches, uneven edges or tone, cracks etc.
    (But scans can not be relied on for exact reproduction of colors or shades)
    Expertising: Buyer's wanting extensions for items to be certified must advise us in advance.
    Extensions will only be granted for genuineness or repairs etc, not for opinions on condition or grading. Extensions will not be granted for lots that already have expert certificates, or for numismatic items slabbed by the major grading services.
    Collections, Accumulations and Mixed Lots:
    An overall condition of these lots is given however the lot may contain items with faults, whose condition is of course taken into account in pricing. So such l
    ots may not be returned on account some items having faults. Any
    catalogue value quoted or numbers of items in these lots are approximate.
