Installation:
The installation takes only 5 minutes. Please refer to the installation instruction manual in the product package to install it on your CatGenie.

Operation:
CatCompanion is totally maintenance free!  Once installed, it will send signals telling your CatGenie that the cartridge is installed even though it isn't. CatCompanion will reset its counter to 120 counts when power cycling (turn off and then turn on). When your CatGenie finishes 120 cleaning cycles (Cartridge LED and Error LED alternate blinks), just unplug your CatGenie from electric outlet and plug it back in to reset CatCompanion's counter to 120. Actually you can unplug and then plug your CatGenie at anytime to reset the counter of your "virtual cartridge" (CatCompanion).
Note:
CatCompanion only works with the CatGenie 120 and 120+ model. It will not work with CatGenie A.I. or the older 60 model.
Warranty:
Your CatCompanion comes with 2-year warranty. We will repair or replace it free of charge if your CatCompanion stops working within the warranty period.
